● The portal, 3Ediots.com (website), and (platform) are managed and operated by Indian residential, a person, or under partnership act which is made and owned by Indian residential.
● Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the “3Ediots.com” website. By using the “ 3Ediots” (website) you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

Users are required to persuade and co-ordinate with 3Ediots and understand the “cancellation, returns, refunds policy”. And Users on websites are already agree to be bound by the term and conditions of the website and return policy by accessing on website.

● Terms of cancellations
as our respective customers, users have the complete right to cancel the order at any point of time. Users are allowed to cancel any orders only before the order is dispatched to the shipping process at 3Ediots. (payment of cancellation order by customer will get their money successfully refunded back in their account within 5-7 business working days.)

cancellation of orders after dispatching to the shipping process may charge a certain percentage of the cost of shipping incurred. Hence as accessing the website by users they can cancel the orders only before dispatching.

“In case of cash of delivery,” if users are found cancelling their orders each time once after dispatching their orders to the shipping process after placing an order by users on the website, the website has rights and approval to block such kind users and remove them from accessing on websites and such users are restricted requested to stop using the website, or they may be charged too.

Terms of returns
We are kindly requesting our users (customers) accessing the website that the order will be only allowed to be returned within 7 days from the date the product has been delivered to the customer at their door by shipping partners. (There is a 7-day return policy from the date the product is delivered to the customer).

● As accessing the website users are already informed to understand and coordinate with sellers and the website for their orders purchased on the website until we reach their order to their door or their hands. if the order is placed with the choice of users on the website and successfully delivered to the customer, and returning without accepting the order due to either of the reasons users are not available to collect the order or do not need anymore will be deducted the incurred shipping cost from refunding your order amount (in the case of prepaid).

● (in case of cash on delivery), As accessing on the website by users are already informed to understand and coordinate with the website for their orders purchased on the website until we reach their order to their door or their hands. if users are found doing such things over and again placing the order and making cancellations after dispatching to the shipping process or not accepted and returned or users are not available to collect, then the website reserves the right or approval to blacklist such users or if next time when the users place an order then their order will be processed and delivered to them only after payment of purchased product on the website.

Terms of refunds
● The order should be returned just within 7 days from the delivery date of the order delivered to the users. and the user will get their money refunded within 1-2 business working days from the date we are confirmed by shipping partners that the product has been received. in case of return for any order user may also be requested by us to provide legal and right bank details to 3Ediots (website) for your money to be refunded to you successfully from our end very safely. if we need your bank details ever (make sure the bank details you are giving are updated always, active always, and the information and bank details are always correct that you are providing us) only when we need them. (refund will be reflected in the customer’s bank account after 1-2 days, from the date the product has been received by our shipping partners).

● Products are returnable within the applicable return conditions if the user has received the product with the conditions that are physically damaged, has missing accessories or anything chipped on the product, defective and different from their description and different as displayed on the product image on the websites. in this case, customers will be fully refunded their money with no deduction from their payment with all processors. if in case of no mistakes at our end, it might charge the shipping cost and any loss incurred, with a deduction from the user payments of the refunding amount.

Return will be processed/accepted only if
● if that confirms the product delivered to the users is not damaged in user possession;

● the product is not different from what was shipped to the users;

● The product is returned in original condition as it was before dispatching to the users (with brand’s and manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, all the accessories therein as before reaching the user, and as long as the product is not used).

● If the product is returned due to any following reason as given under the following “conditions of returning products”  then the user should not agree to pay the cost of any shipping charges and any loss incurred and no charges will be deducted from the user’s payment. However, payment processors will be made only after the product once has been received by the shipping partners and confirmed to us, that the product is shipped back to them under the following condition given, as it was before dispatching to the users.

● If the product is returned with no reason under the following details of “applicable return condition” and still refunded and there is no mistake from our end, then the shipping cost and any loss incurred may be deducted from the amount refunded to the user, cost incurred. the refund process will be made only after confirmation to us by the shipping partners that the product is reached to them.

● And the product you want to return will take three days for our reverse shipping partners to come to your doors for accepting those orders/products, you (user) have to return. 

● In case of replacement, please allow us to (replace the product) ship your product just within 2-3 days from the date the customer add a request for replacement of their product.

Replacement Of order

we are kindly requesting our users (customers) accessing the website that the order will be just allowed to be replaced/exchanged only within 2-3 days from the date the product has been delivered to the customer at their door by shipping partners. (there are 7 days of replacement/exchange policy from the date the product has been delivered to the customer).

exchanging any product for other new products will take around 2-3 days to reach the customer’s door, the product you want to return will be collected by the delivery guys of our shipping partners once after checking the products that are going to be returned by you (customers) and your new product will be given to you (customers) with replacement of your exchanged products. (if in case of any product that the customer wants to return and mistakenly the same product runs out of stock from the inventory, we make sure to refund your entire payment into your bank account).

Order can be replaced only under the conditions… 

Order will be for free replacement or exchange if the order condition matches the following term given below

1. If the product is defective and is not in the condition or worth using,

2. If the product delivered to you is different than as given in the descriptions or as displayed or shown on the product, 

3. If the product is damaged, has any accessories missing, and is physically cheaped.

Note: in case, the products are delivered to the customer and the customer doesn’t want the product due to any reasons that don’t match the return policy for returning the products as given under the return policy then the customer can return too but they will have to pay the loss incurred, that our delivery partner will come to accept your product for return but their refund will be processed only when the product is once reached to the shipping partners and they made a confirmation to us that the product is as same as was shipped to the customers from our website at 3Ediots and their refund payment will reflect in their bank account within 1 working day after the deduction of shipping cost from their (user) refunding payment from the date the product is received by sellers with all complete process.

Note :

(please request our every customer buying or shopping for anything at 3Ediots, take a video from all around while opening the packaging of your products delivered to you to avoid any kind of misunderstanding or issue if maybe you don’t receive the products as ordered, different than as ordered and displayed on the website, and any defective product. which might be due to any uncertain reason or even by anyone mistakenly included in this process from the order being placed by a customer to delivering the order to the customer at their door, such as shipping partner – packaging staff – transition – delivery boy – order to your door.

so in case there is something wrong regarding your order delivered to you from our end and anything like this, you also (the customer) might be asked sometimes to upload a package opening video in your order details on the customer order details page of their account and customer dashboard.)
